Chair of Trustees role
Yellow Brick Road Projects
Yellow Brick Road Projects (YBRP) is entering a new and exciting chapter - and we are looking for a Chair of Trustees who wants to lead with heart, champion young people, and help shape our future.
For over a decade, YBRP has supported thousands of young people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, providing trauma-informed mentoring, accredited life-skills education, and trusted support through programmes such as You Matter, The Legacy Project, Growing Together, and our broader community and school-based work.
Our purpose is simple but powerful: to help young people build the stable foundations they need to thrive.
The Chair will play a pivotal role in guiding our Board, supporting our CEO, and ensuring our governance reflects our core values of sensitivity, integrity, reliability, and a commitment to listening and learning.
We especially welcome expressions of interest from:
Young Trustees (18–30)
Individuals with lived experience
People from diverse backgrounds
Those who reflect the communities and young people we serve
