Mark Kellett discovered his passion for art early on, thanks to a perceptive school teacher who recognised his talent and encouraged him to pursue a creative career. He went on to study Fine Art at Winchester School of Art, where he developed his distinctive style and honed his technical skills.

Since graduating, Mark has remained dedicated to his practice, regularly painting, accepting private and public commissions, exhibiting his work locally, and sharing his knowledge through teaching. His artistic ability has attracted consistent recognition over the years, leading to notable commissions including work for The Royal Navy. He was also appointed the official artist of Portsmouth Football Club.

In recent years, Mark’s work has taken a more introspective turn, drawing on his personal experiences to explore and reflect issues around mental health. This shift marks a deepening of his artistic voice, driven by a strong commitment to raising awareness and fostering greater understanding of mental well-being through art.
